About

I started my career in a call center.

Not as an engineer.

Not as a founder.

Not as a leader.

I spent years learning how large organizations work from the ground up.

Customer support became operations.

Operations became systems administration.

Systems administration became software engineering.

Engineering became architecture.

Architecture became leadership.

Every step taught me something important:

Technology only matters when it solves real problems for real people.

Over the last twenty years I’ve worked across telecommunications, fintech, logistics, AI, e-commerce, and enterprise software.

I’ve built backend platforms, cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, payment systems, APIs, microservices, internal platforms, automation systems, and engineering organizations.

Today I combine deep technical expertise with business thinking.

I enjoy working with founders, executives, and engineering teams who care about building products that last.

Principles

Build for the long term

Fast is good.

Sustainable is better.

Simplicity wins

The best systems are usually the simplest systems.

Reliability creates trust

Customers remember failures.

Reliable systems create confidence.

People matter more than technology

Great products come from healthy teams.

Not from frameworks.

Outside of Work

I enjoy learning, teaching, exploring new technologies, and helping engineers grow into technical leaders.

I’m especially interested in AI systems, software architecture, developer productivity, and the future of engineering organizations.
